Wallpapers and canvases are produced within approximately 5 business days. Shipping to the European Union and the United States typically takes 2–3 business days. Most orders are delivered within 7–8 business days, depending on the destination country.

All of our products feature Bible verses or Bible-inspired messages. Our mission is to spread the Word of God around the world, inspire meaningful reflection, encourage a deeper relationship with God, and bring His truth into everyday life.
Orders shipped to the United States are sent using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping, which means no customs duties or import fees are collected from customers upon delivery.
There are no customs duties for orders delivered within the European Union.
For orders shipped to other countries, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply in accordance with the destination country’s local customs regulations.

If your order is lost during shipping or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@thechristianart.com, and no later than 7 days after the delivery date. Claims submitted after this period cannot be accepted.
To help us process your claim as quickly as possible, please include the following information in your email: order number, Recipient’s first and last name, telephone number, email address.
If your order arrived damaged, please also attach the following photographs (JPG or PNG format, maximum 5 MB per file): 1. A close-up photo of the shipping label. 2. A photo showing the entire shipping box, with any visible damage clearly shown. 3. A photo of the entire product. 4. A close-up photo clearly showing the damage to the product. Providing all of the requested information will help us resolve your claim as quickly as possible.
